  1. Return Policy

    a. Eligibility for Returns

    • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
    • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
    • Incense products, dhoops, and other consumables are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless they are damaged or defective.
    • Damaged or Defective Products: If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

    b. Return Process

    • Provide your order details (order number, product name) and a description of the issue.
    • Once your return is approved, we will guide you on how to return the product to us.

  2. Refund Policy

    a. Refund Eligibility

    • Refunds are issued if the product is returned within the specified return period (7 days).
    • Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned product and inspect its condition.

    b. Refund Process

    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment service.

  3. Non-Returnable Items

    The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

    • Incense Sticks, Dhoop Sticks, Agarbatti, and similar consumable items (unless damaged).
    • Personalized or custom-made items.

  4. Shipping for Returns

    • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.
    • Shipping Address for Returns: Please contact us to get the return address once your return is approved.

  5. Cancellation Policy

    • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
    • If your order is already shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return once the product arrives.
